New minor updates to v.3.3.0 https://github.com/sv1btl/PhantomSDR-Plus

Please sysops already in v. 3.3.0 make an update:

• The entire folder PhantomSDR-Plus/src
• The .svelte files in PhantomSDR-Plus/fronend/src

Don't recompile yet

Then:
run ./install_rade.sh
An update of the code is needed to be applied for RADE. The script will ask you to recompile. Please answer YES for both Backend and Frontend (choice No 3). After compile, please restart the server.

FreeDV Reporter button now builds an iframe inside the main GUI, but also offers opening of the reporter in a new window.

'crash.log' in now automatically created, describing the reasons that the spectrumserver possible collapses.
The file is created in PhantomSDR-Plus directory, it can be opened with any editor, and also in admin panel.
Sysops can download these files and paste them on PhantomSDR-Plus/src (recompile then the backend) and the newer 'admin_server.py' to paste in PhantomSDR-Plus root directory.

crash.log is a very useful tool. Describing the problem and with the help of AI, could fix any additional problems in the future, and ensure more server's stability.
