CatSynch is a great tool, which works fine with the WebSDR Server from PA3FWM.

I contacted Oscar DJ0MY by E-Mail to ask to support PhantomSDR Plus with CatSynch.
But got no answer yet.

Perhaps one of you has a good contact to Oscar.
