Some recent improvements to PhantoSDR+ (Bookmarks, Mobile Version, AGC)

SV2AMK (Sakis) has worked recently on bookmarks and the full code has been sent to Phil, so he to adapt it to the communitie's repo, when he has time to do it.
The new bookmarks function allows to download AND upload bookmarks to a local PC store place AND the file to be uploaded to ANY PhantomSDR+ WebSDR (client side). So, from now on, you can prepare a bookmark file with any frequency data you want and upload it to your favorite WebSDR. Keeping stored such a file can also keep you safe of deleting cache of the browser.
You can also use any CVS memory file that you maybe have created from the older Twente WebSDR. The only limitation is that the memories called from a CVS file do not include Zoom, Brightness etc and they work only in Zoom Out.

Mobile version is also made more compact.

AGC has changed, so to be more likely to this of tranceivers. Try the four options (Auto, Fast, Medium, Slow) and make your remarks.

Don't forget to switch to the mobile version from a phone of course.
