waterfall frequency scale (solved in 1.5.4)

There is a problem with the frequency scale if you zoom in closely on the waterfall
The longer vertical lines are supposed to be round frequencies

wrong: 13532 → 13532 → 13533 → 13533 → 13533.5
good:  13531.5 → 13532 → 13532.5 → 13533 → 13533.5



Additionally, the frequency scale canvas needs to have a little more height because the font is truncated.
