Error: Failed to activate stream

Suddenly, when starting the server, I started getting this error. As a result, the server starts, but there is no data flow.
 I tried reinstalling from scratch, but it didn't help.

Try to delete the chatfile....it could be corrupted.

I don't have a chat enabled.

The problem was solved by a complete reinstall SoapSDRPlay
